Chicken Patties

About the Recipe

With palmar grasp ( around 6-8 months), offer patties whole or cut it in half for baby to easily hold on to.
With pincer grasp ( around 9 months+), offer whole patties , cut in half or cut into bite sizes for them to pick up.
Keep in mind that amount babies eat will vary, so start small with 1-2 tablespoon of food and advance as you learn your baby’s hunger/fullness cues.

Ingredients

Ingridients:

✨ 250g chicken breast

✨1/4 cup onion, chopped

✨1 teaspoon garlic powder (or minced garlic)

✨1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

✨1/2 teaspoon paprika

✨2 tablespoon oil (olive or avocado)

✨Black pepper to taste

✨Salt ( to taste)


Preparation

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C(400*F).

  2. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  3. Chop the chicken breast into large chuncks and place in a food processor and blend until ground up.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.

  5. Using a medium cookie scoop(about 2 tablespoons),scoop out the dough and then flatten into patties, arrange on prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 15 min, flip and bake for 10-15 more minutes until cooked through(Internal temperature of at least 75 C(165 F)
